Return & Replacement

Return and replacement process
1. Within 14 days after delivery, you can contact the online customer service of Kimter Electronics Co., Ltd. to feed back your product problems.
2. After receiving the return and replacement application, the customer service personnel will contact you to confirm the problem.
3. After confirmation, the customer service personnel will approve the return and replacement application and send an email to your website registration email to notify the details of the return and replacement.
4. After receiving the mail, the goods shall be sent to the designated address as soon as possible.
5.Kimter Electronics Co., Ltd. will arrange corresponding refund or re shipment after receiving the return and acceptance.
